- Alignment of waiver functions based on lessons learned in MyCare Ohio;
- Achieving operational and administrative efficiencies throughout waivers; AND
- Building of a rational, sustainable delivery system that is not fragmented and works well for members and providers regardless of the payer source.
HHAs will be pleased to find out that their processes will be the same for Medicaid and Aging through the alignment of the four NF-based level of care waivers (MyCare Ohio, Ohio Home Care, PASSPORT and Assisted Living) by the establishment of ONE set of rules, practices, monitoring, and service codes.
